Delivery

Personally we hate what we call "add ons" and as a result we try to work in and absorb as much of the delivery cost as possible. For orders of three or more cases delivered in England, Wales and Southern Scotland deliveries are free. There is a £10 surcharge for 1-2 case deliveries. We can also deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland, see below for details.

Wines in stock can usually be delivered within 48 hours (if the order is placed before midday). Next day deliveries are possible, see below for details. If you will be out on the day of delivery please let us know where the wines can be left. If the wine delivery cannot be completed a card will be left with a phone number so another delivery day can be arranged. We must either obtain a signature or know where the consignment can be left (as above).

Please don't leave things until the last minute. Our nationwide delivery service is through a third party and things can go wrong especially in the pre-Christmas rush. If there is a deadline for the goods to arrive please give us the details.

England, Wales and Southern Scotland

• Delivery is FREE for orders of three or more cases.
• 1-2 case orders will incur a £10 surcharge.

Scottish Highlands and Scilly Islands

• £15 surcharge for one case and each case thereafter is an additional £10 per case.
• 1 case - £15
• 2 cases - £25
• 3 cases - £35
• 4 cases - £45
• 12 cases or more Delivery is FREE.

Scottish Islands

• £50 surcharge for one case and each case thereafter is an additional £10 per case.
• 1 case - £50
• 2 cases - £60
• 3 cases - £70
• 4 cases - £80
• 15 cases or more Delivery is FREE.

Please note delivery times can be up to 10 days for the Western Islands.

Northern Ireland

• £15 surcharge for one case and each case thereafter is an additional £10 per case.
• 1 case - £15
• 2 cases - £25
• 3 cases - £35
• 4 cases - £45
• 12 cases or more Delivery is FREE.

Isle of Wight

• £15 surcharge for one case and each case thereafter is an additional £10 per case.
• 1 case - £15
• 2 cases - £25
• 3 cases - £35
• 4 cases - £45
• 12 cases or more Delivery is FREE.

Please note delivery times can be up to 4 days.

Next Day Deliveries and Saturday Deliveries

These are possible upon special request for an additional £15 surcharge on the total cost of the consignment.

En Primeur and Ex Cellars Orders

We have been offering En Primeur wines to our clients for over 10 years. We only buy from well established Negociants, whom we know and trust. If this is something that interests you please contact James Goodhart for further information.

In Bond Orders

Please note that as well as duty and VAT charges there will be a delivery charge for all cases delivered from In Bond.  The charges are worked out by postcode and the number of cases being delivered please contact the office for further information.
