At Bon Coeur we believe in listening to our customers and value your feedback, which is why we collect your comments through Feefo. Feefo is an independent Global Ratings and reviews provider used by the world’s most trusted brands. Should you wish not to receive Feefo requests for feedback on our services and products please advise us by email to wine@bcfw.co.uk and we will opt you out of the Feefo requests.  This opt out request will take effect within two working days of us being notified.
