Cotes du Rhone Rouge `Nos Terroirs Bio` Rhonea: A terroir-driven Côtes-du-Rhône from Rhonea, who are committed to making environmentally-friendly wines. This wine displays intense aromas of dark fruits with a hint of cinnamon. The palate is sumptuous and well structured, with black cherry and plum character with undertones of cracked black pepper.

Altano Douro Organic Red; Made exclusively from organically grown grapes from the Symington family’s Assares, Ataide and Canada vineyards in the remote Vilarica Valley on the Spanish border. Big and concentrated with a delightful violet scented nose and plenty of fresh bramble fruit with added underlying spice.

Wachau Smaragd Gruner Veltliner; Headed up by Master of Wine Roman Horvath and Heinz Frischengruber, this dynamic co-operative cultivates some of the finest wines in the region and is a model for sustainable winemaking and grower collaboration. Enticing aromas of ripe yellow apple and white pepper, which are underpinned by delicate citrus peel and a touch of smoky tobacco.

Louis Latour Grand Ardeche Chardonnay; The Grand Ardeche is treated as if it were grown in one of the Grand Cru vineyards of the Cote d’Or. Fully ripened grapes are selected and pressed lightly before being aged in oak barrels made at the Latour cooperage in Beaune. Often mistaken for a top quality white Burgundy when tasted blind. Bags of green apple and melon and lovely tightly knit acidity.

Los Vascos Cabernet Sauv Rosé; A blend of 90 per cent Cabernet Sauvignon and 10 per cent Syrah make up this certified organic, classic Chilean Rose. The grapes are pressed immediately after harvesting, which preserves freshness as well as the fruity aromas and bright colour.
