Bodegas Bardos Verdejo, Rueda; Vibrant aromas of lemon citrus, apple and white peach with touches of gooseberry and fennel. Crisp, vibrant acidity fuses with further citrus and white stone fruit on the core with added minerality on the precise, linear finish.

Foncalieu Sillages Organic Albarino: Albarino is a grape variety that normally calls Spain’s Galicia region home but here it proves it can work well in the south of France.
