A grape that can trace its origins back 2000 years, and believed to be of Greek origin - hence the name - Greco is grown across southern Italy and produces crisp, green-tinged citrussy white wines with racy acidity and a clean pure grape flavour. Best consumed young, and a great match for seafood of all manner, preferably something that has been recently hauled out of the Mediterranean.
