Chateau Haut-Marbuzet is a classified Cru Bourgeois in Saint-Estephe, Bordeaux. The estate is made up of 40-hectares of vines that are situated in the tiny hamlet of Marbuzet. The vineyards are planted on gravelly soils facing the Gironde estuary. The grapes grown on the vineyard are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, which are harvested as late as possible and matured in 100% new oak barrels for 18 months.
