Encierra
Encierra belongs to the Eyzaguirre Echenique family, wine producers based in the Colchagua Valley region of Chile. Encierra is obtained from grapes that come from “San Diego de Puquillay Vineyard”, with a planted area of 130 hectares. The varieties planted are Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Carmenere and Petit Verdot. These plantations undergo a rigorous selection process in order to choose which are to be used in the small production of 24,000 bottles that bear the Encierra label.
