This independent, family business is owned by winemaker Stephane Vedeau. 50 hectares of old vines are cultivated on the estate incorporating several AOC’s. The vines are grown in complete harmony with the natural environment without the use of chemicals and pesticides with the belief that their wines will be produced from top quality grapes. Première Côte is grown in the Village of Courthezon, one of the villages included in the appellation Chateauneuf du Pape in the southern Rhone Valley. Expect high quality wine from this producer with luscious dark fruit and pepper character, combined with good weight and balance, and a long finish.
