Sicily is the largest island in the Mediterranean sea, and the five million people who call it home are great lovers of incredible produce and resonsible for some of the best food and drink you`ll find. Made in vineyards located in the hills around Lake Arancio, in the south-west of the island, Vigneti Zabu is a new producer, making wines from a range of grapes including Nero d`Avolo, whose dark fruit and chocolatey characteristics thrive in the hot, arid landscapes of Sicily.
