Founded in 1750 it is one of the oldest estates in Beaune, including their cellars being part of one of the city's original bastions! An estate known for owning 45-hectares of prime Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, and Corton as well as Beaune and Chambertin.
Purchased by Champagne Bollinger in 1999 and following considerable investment and development, including installing Jean-Pierre Confuron as winemaker in 2001, there has been a significant improvement in quality and we are delighted to welcome them into our portfolio... bienvenue à Bon Coeur!
Savigny-Les Beaune Blanc 1er Cru 'Hauts Marconnets' 2019
100% Chardonnay from the 2.18-hectare Premier Cru vineyard of 'Hauts Marconnets', which is situated high on the Savigny-Les-Beaune hill overlooking the majority of Beaune Premier Cru vineyards.
"Charming nose of green apple and lemon citrus with underlying smoky tones. Ripe and round, yet well-balanced thanks to uplifting acidity that wraps around a core of apple, lemon and mango." Drink now-2027.

Pernand-Vergelesses Blanc 1er Cru 'Les Caradeux' 2019
100% Chardonnay from the 1.90-hectare Premier Cru vineyard of 'Les Caradeux', located on the mid-slope close to the hill of Corton-Charlemagne.
"Attractive nose of green apple fused with ripe lemon citrus and delicate toasted oak. Bright and energetic on the palate with clean acidity that is balanced by a creamy, rounded texture and further green and citrus fruit core. There's impressive drive to the finish, bravo." Drink now-2028.

Pernand-Vergelesses Rouge 1er Cru 'Les Vergelesses' 2019
100% Pinot Noir from the 5.4-hectare Premier Cru vineyard of 'Les Vergelesses', positioned in a hollow at the bottom of the Corton hill.
"Intense aromas of ripe dark fruit mixed with dark cherry and spices. Complex, well-structured. Deep and tight texture. Well-shaped oak note. Long and generous finish with a hint of minerality." Drink 2023-2032.
