The Reverdito winery in La Morra was established in 2000, and represents a long journey embarked on by Silvano Reverdito beginning the late 1960s. The estate is now in the hands of his children; Michele and Sabina, who continue to craft authentic Langhe wines with soul, personality and character.
They own 20-hectares of vines in Piedmont throughout the sub-zones of Barolo, Verduno, as well as Alba. The majority of their vineyards are based in Barolo and the commune of La Morra (including the Crus of Castagni, Ascheri and Bricco Cogni), which are known for producing sophisticated, elegant and approachable Barolo.
Don't overlook their Langhe Nebbioli 'Simane' as this is technically a declassified Barolo from the San Giacomo Cru at half price, as well as the delicious, fruit foward single-vineyard Barbera d'Alba 'Butti'.
