Torres 'Natureo' Syrah and Muscat, Spain 2023
Natureo is the result of a long-term research project by world renowned Spanish producer, Torres, who have been at the forefront of high-quality dealcoholised wine production since 2008. After a classic winemaking process in which both Syrah and Garnacha grapes are harvested and then fermented. The alcohol is then carefully removed, therefore preserving an abundance of aromas and flavours. 0% ABV.
Syrah (Red)
Enticing notes of blackberry and blackcurrant on the nose with a hint of spice. Brimming with juicy bramble fruits on the palate with a crack of black pepper. Medium bodied, soft, and supple.
Muscat (White)
Delicate notes of white peach, lemon, and green apple with a floral overtone. Bright, vibrant, and lightly effervescent on the palate with an exquisite citrusy finish.

Villa Wolf Dry Riesling, Pfalz, Germany 2022
Founded in 1756, Villa Wolf was a successful and highly regarded winery for more than two centuries. Following a down-turn of fortune in the mid-20th century, the celebrated Ernst Loosen (of Dr Loosen fame) took over the estate and vineyards in 1996, launching a dramatic turnaround in the estate’s quality and reputation.
Attractive nose of ripe lemon and crunchy green apple with a hint of chamomile. Vibrant and energetic on the palate with racy, fresh acidity that provides drive and focus, flowing through onto a core of further ripe, forward citrus and green fruits with added white pepper on the long finish.12% ABV.
