Originally founded by Roy Cook in 1979, the vineyard has a fascinating history and one with its heart in working with the environment and caring for the land. This same ethos continues today, using biodynamic principles to nourish the land, caring for their vines, and bringing sustainability to everything they possibly can.

A generic term for a wine made from two or more white grape varieties, offering limitless combinations. Different varieties are commonly used to balance the flavours of a wine. Examples could include full-bodied Chardonnay with the more floral, exotic qualities of Viognier or aromatic, fresh character of Sauvignon Blanc. Blends are also used to give neutral varieties more flavour and weight. Whatever the blend, the winemaker will always be looking to create harmony and complementary flavours.
