Syrah or Shiraz is a dark skinned red grape grown throughout the world and typically produces a dark, full bodied red wine. Grown originally in Northern Rhone, Shiraz is now hugely popular with vineyards in Australia and in fact around the world, it's now one of the most widely planted grapevines and a popular choice for consumers alike.
