Award Winning Wines

Medals and awards are important in the wine trade and offer external validation. Wine is very subjective, everyone has their own personal preferences. These competitions assess the wines objectively through a series of criteria and they enable you to select a special wine quickly and efficiently and reduce the risk of picking a wine that you may not enjoy. Most competitions are judged blind by a panel of experts. The most highly regarded competitions include Decanter Wine Awards, International Wine Challenge (IWC) and International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC).
