Bon Coeur Fine Wines, house Champagne Jacques Boncoeur Brut Reserve has been awarded a bronze medal in the 2013 Decanter World Wine Awards.

The Decanter World Wine Awards is the world's leading wine competition. The competition is well known for its rigorous judging process, which has led to the Decanter World Wine Awards becoming the most authoritative source of wine recommendations for wine lovers worldwide. This year, the 219 judges were from all around the world assessed 14,362 wines from 52 countries. This year's expert panel of judges included 75 Masters of Wine, and 13 Master Sommeliers. Jean-Michel Valette MW, DWWA 2013 Judge, says: “What the DWWA team has really done is to recruit a panel of the very best palates in the world to taste each wine, and so when a wine wins a Decanter Medal in this competition, it's something to be truly proud of.”
We registered Jacques Bon Coeur Champagne, our own House Champagne label with the Champagne board (CIVC) in 2001. Our very prestigious House Champagne is currently produced by Chassenay-d'Arce. Made from over 90% Pinot Noir in the blend and two years bottle age give Jacques Boncoeur Champagne extra depth and structure on the mid-palate. Chassenay d'Arce is located in a village called Ville-Sur-Arce situated at the border of Champagne and Burgundy. It was founded in 1956 when 130 families came together all bringing work, passion and energy to the table. With 310 hectares of remarkable and unique vineyards, this heart warming adventure of the community has been in place for over 50 years.
