White Wine
Fine white wine is a category that represents the highest quality of white wines from their respective regions. The term ‘fine wine’ is subjective rather than objective and often depends on who you ask. However, in general, a fine wine is one of exceptional quality. These wines are usually hand crafted and will demonstrate a sense of place, reflecting the environment where the grapes have been grown. They will be well balanced, complex and are often age worthy depending on the quality, intensity, concentration of the wine and the balance of the key components -alcohol, acid, and fruit. While there are many legal requirements for what goes on wine labels in various countries, there is no legal definition of fine wine.
