Yorkshire is booming with new distilleries and one of the best is Spirit of Yorkshire’s Filey Bay. Farmers, brewers and distillers, Filey Bay carefully supervise every stage of growing and distillation, making them unique amongst whisky distillers as they manage the entire process from grain to glass. Everything from choosing the variety of barley and how it is grown, to their unique still configuration, right through to bottling at the distillery. Enjoy award-winning whiskies from right here in Yorkshire in the wonderful surroundings of our tasting rooms at Moor Park.
