For example, this could be that we have told you about an upcoming change to the terms or any specific terms governing your purchase, which you do not agree to; or if we have told you about an error in the price or description of the goods you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed. See "Return of goods/cancellation" for further details of how to cancel.
Our Quality Guarantee
All our wines are kept in good condition and are sold on that basis. Wine is subjective with regard to taste and drinkability. We stand behind the exceptional quality of our wines and will gladly offer a replacement if they do not meet expectation, however, we regret we are unable to provide refunds for corked wines. Please see our Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy for full details.
Liability
Our liability is set out in our terms and conditions and under our returns policy. We will not be liable under any circumstances and will be limited to the purchase price paid by you for the wines. We will not directly or indirectly be liable for any losses or damages including but not exclusive to lost bargain, lost profit, lost reputation nor loss of anticipated savings. With regard to older vintages, fine wines or broking wines we make reasonable efforts to verify the provenance of such wines, however we cannot guarantee the authenticity or quality of wine in the bottle. Older wines may age and mature in different ways which may not be to all tastes. Older wine bottles or bin end wines may well have some ullage or stained labels which you should familiarise yourself with prior to purchase, these will have been priced accordingly and it is your decision as to whether or not to proceed with the purchase based on the information supplied.
