FREE CLICK AND COLLECT
Order any retail wine before 4pm and collect your order from Moor Park. Wine will be available within two hours of placing your order, available Monday to Saturday until 5pm for same day collection. See details for our opening hours and directions to Moor Park.
FREE STANDARD UK MAINLAND* DELIVERY
FREE for retail orders over £200.
STANDARD UK MAINLAND* DELIVERY - £15.00
Allow 5 working days for delivery for standard retail orders.
NEXT DAY UK MAINLAND* DELIVERY - £20.00
Order before 1pm (Monday -Thursday) and receive your retail order the next working day. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Orders Outside of the UK
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver wines outside of the UK (England, Wales, southern Scotland and Northern Ireland only). Should you wish to purchase In Bond or En Primeur and have access to your own UK bonded account or an international wine transfer service then we are happy to accept your order.
Online Orders & Delivery Areas
There is no minimum order when ordering online.
*UK Mainland Area - All of England, Wales and Southern Scotland
For Scottish Highlands and Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland. Surcharges will apply for these areas and delivery will take longer than usual. For further information please contact our Private Client team.
Receipt of Goods
If you will be out on the day of delivery please complete the special delivery instructions box and confirm where the wines can be left. Please note wine left in a designated place or with a neighbour is the responsibility of the customer. If the wine delivery cannot be completed a card will be left with a phone number so another delivery day can be arranged. We must either obtain a signature or know where the consignment can be left. Our Wine Packaging for Deliveries by Courier
With an ever-growing emphasis on the environment and recycling, here at Bon Coeur we are pleased to say we use Pulpsafe inner fitting packaging for deliveries made by third party couriers. It is necessary to remove bottles from the original packaging and repack in Pulpsafe inner fittings, in order to reduce the number of breakages and guarantee safe delivery - we believe this is the best packaging available on the market.
Nevertheless, if you would like the original packaging to be sent along with the wine please state this at the time of delivery, or alternatively call and speak to a member of staff in the office on 01325 776446.
In Bond and En Primeur Fine Wine Sales
In Bond wines and En Primeur wines can be purchased on our website and will be delivered to your virtual online cellar found in your online account which is part of our In Bond Private Client Reserves. After 14 days should you not transfer or release your wines In Bond storage charges will thereafter apply. Should you wish to release or transfer your wine from bond please contact the office. If you release your wines from In Bond please note that as well as duty and VAT charges there will be a delivery charge for all cases delivered from bond. The delivery charges are worked out by postcode and the number of cases being delivered please contact the office for further information. If you wish to transfer your wines under bond to your personal bonded account please contact the office for a transfer quote.
For UK mainland deliveries, please allow at least seven working days for deliveries from bond. During peak business periods, for example Christmas, the transfer and delivery may take longer than usual. For Scottish Highlands and Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland surcharges will apply for these areas and delivery will take longer than usual. Please note that for all In Bond and En Primeur wines an authorised signature is required, if you are unable to receive your goods from bond at the arranged time and delivery slot a re-delivery charge may be applied.
