Chateau Bel-Air
Chateau Bel-Air
A Pomerol estate that flies under the radar, despite a nearly 200-year history, Chateau Bel-Air has been owned by the Sudurat family since 1914. They are also the owners of Chateau Beausejour in Fronsac. The vineyard is large by Pomerol standards, at just over 13 hectares, and the predominantly Merlot grapes produce a highly agreeable Right Bank wine, medium-bodied and full of easy-drinking red fruit and toasty spice.
