Although Chateau Bellevue has a long history reaching back several centuries, its most recent incarnation was founded in 2000 and in its short life has boasted Stephane Derenoncourt and Nicolas Thienpont amongst its custodians. On a small south-facing 15 acre plot surrounded by some very esteemed neighbours the modern edition of Chateau Bellevue is developing nicely, and its predominantly Merlot and Cabernet Franc wines are soft, supple and full of life.
