Chateau Briand
Chateau Briand is a recently new estate, situated in the village of Ribagnac, south of the town of Bergerac in the Dordogne department of France. The estate has just over 17 hectares under vine, with eight hectares for white wines and nine hectares for reds. The site was purchased in 2008 when the chief winemaker for the negociants Julien de Savignac, Cedric Bougues Cayre, purchased the site and began prodcuing a range of red, white and rose wines.
