Chateau Citran
With a history dating back to the 13th century, Chateau Citran is one of the older properties in the Medoc. Located on the left bank of Bordeaux in Haut-Medoc there are 100 hectares planted with vines of 50% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. Its situated on gravel and sand on clay-limestone soils. Each wine is barrel aged for 15-18 months in 30% new barrels.
