Chateau d`Issan

Chateau d’Issan is located in the Margaux appellation of Bordeaux. The vineyards date back to the 12th century, but it was not until the Cruse family took over the estate in 1945 that the true potential of the vineyards was revealed. Today, Emmanuel Sr. and Marguerite Cruse run the estate with true passion towards the whole winemaking process. They make continual improvements to both the vineyard and the technical aspects of winemaking. The vineyard is made up of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot making it authentically Margaux.
