Chateau Figeac

Located in the St. Emilion appellation of Bordeaux, Chateau Figeac can trace its history back to Roman times. Under the stewardship of Thierry and Marie-France Manoncourt, Chateau Figeac greatly improved its reputation in the second half of the 20th century, as their tireless work and visionary approach enhanced the prestige of the wines of Figeac. The vineyards of Chateau Figeac stretch over 40 hectares and have their own ecosystem. The harvesting at the Chateau is done completely by hand and the decision to pick the grapes is based on a combination of intuition and scientific analysis.
