Owned by the Dulon family for more than 10 generations, Chateau Haut-Pezat is an estate located in Saint-Emilion, Bordeaux. With a blend rich in Merlot underpinned by the weight of Cabernet Sauvignon, Haut-Pezat produces wines that are aged for 12 months in oak, resulting in well balanced fruit-driven wines with softness and cleverly integrated tannin.
