Chateau Le Crock
Chateau Le Crock
Paul Henri and Albert Cuvelier purchased Chateau Le Crock in 1903, after it was established in the very early part of the 19th century. It is located in St. Estephe in Bordeaux on the gravelly foundations of the great terroirs of all the Classified Growths of 1855. The gravelly soils with a clay-limestone base bring just the right balance of nourishment to the plants. The traditional Médoc grape varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot (25%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Petit Verdot (5%) express the original character of this Saint-Estèphe terroir to the best.
