Chateau Lespault-Martillac
Chateau Lespault-Martillac
A very old property in Pessac-Leognan, managed by Olivier Bernard of Domaine de Chevalier since 2009, Lespault-Martillac has just seven hectares of vines planted o gravel-clay soils. Six hectares are dedicated to red wine, while a hectare of grapes is used to create a dry Bordeaux white wine. All farming is organic, and the estate ages its red wines for 14-15 months in oak.
