Chateau Marquis de Terme
Chateau Marquis de Terme
The Chateau Marquis de Terme vineyard is located in the Margaux appellation of Bordeaux and stretches across 38 hectares. The soil of the vineyard is original soil of the Garonne, made up of clay, silt, sand and stones and gravel. This soil reaches thickness of up to seven metres which allows the vines to root deeply into the soil and therefore water supply is regularised. The grapes grown in the vineyard are 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot.
