Chateau Sarenceau
Ludovic Delage is a fourth-generation winegrower who owns Chateau Sarenceau. The small estate has just 9-hectares under vine, which are planted on the clay-limestone plateau in the north-east of the appellation. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in cement, followed by aging in both barrel and cement vats to allow the fruit purity to come to the fore.
