Chateau Senejac

Chateau Senejac is one of the better known Cru Bourgeois estates in the Haut Medoc. It is a 150 hectare estate with only 39 hectares planted, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot. The vines have an average age of 35 years and a new drainage system was installed in 1983. The grapes are hand picked during harvest and the vinification process is under the control of Alfred Tesseron`s wine-making team from Pontet Canet.
