Encierra
Encierra belongs to the Eyzaguirre Echenique family, wine producers based in the Colchagua Valley region of Chile. Encierra is obtained from grapes that come from `San Diego de Puquillay Vineyard`, with a planted area of 130 hectares. The varieties planted are Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Carmenere and Petit Verdot. These plantations undergo a rigorous selection process in order to choose which are to be used in the small production of 24,000 bottles that bear the Encierra label.
