The Muraglia family have been growing and pressing olives in the same way for nearly five generations from their family farm and grove in Puglia. Their extra virgin olive oils are made from cold-ressed Coratina olives, which are native to the region and are known to have three times as many antioxidant polyphenols than any other Italian variety. This is what gives their oils the intense flavour with accompanied spicy notes... no wonder they have won many prestigious awards from the Slow Food movement as well as Gambero Rosso!
