Pinkster Gin
Pinkster Gin
Stephen Marsh, an accountant who tinkered with various liqueurs and spirits in his spare time launched Pinkster in 2013 after finding that beer and wine were no longer agreeable to him. Developing a gin with five botanicals, Stephen used locally grown Cambridge raspberries in his new gin which gave it a delicate fruit flavour and lightly pink tinge. Now well established, Pinkster is a great alternative to classic British gin.
