Domaine Rostaing is located in Rhone`s Cote Rotie. Starting with just two hectares in the 1970s, Rene Rostaing has since expanded to over seven hectares. The grapes are hand picked and the approach to winemaking is straightforward and non-interventionist, so that they can be sure each glass of wine reflects the typicity that they are looking for. He uses a maximum of 15% new oak barrels for maturing the wine, which lets the fruit shine through.
