Soberano

Soberano

Soberano is a brandy with a well-decorated history. First registered over 100 years ago, its name was chosen to mark the friendship of the Gonzalez family and the then King of Spain. After column distillation, the ageing process takes place in the historic Gonzalez Byass bodega in Jerez. American oak previously used for sherry is used for maximum aroma and flavour development, following the traditional Solera system.
