Telmo Rodriguez
In 1994, Pablo Eguzkiza and Telmo Rodriguez formed Vinos de La Granja and created a Garnacha from old bush vines in Navarra, northern Spain. After moving to Rueda the business changed its name to `Compania de Vinos Telmo Rodriguez` in order to take advantage of the position Rodriguez had created for himself in the wine world. Now, their wine is produced in many regions in Spain including Navarra, Rueda, Alicante, Ribera del Duero and Rioja, with major grape varieties planted including Tempranillo and Monastrell.
