This small, enterprising family-run distillery is run from Harewell House Farm in the heart of Nidderdale, North Yorkshire. This gin is artisan and handcrafted in every way, and Whittakers use local ingredients to reflect the Yorkshire countryside in a bottle. Hawthorne berries, bog myrtle and billberries are just a handful of the ingredients added to a traditional London Dry gin base of juniper, coriander and angelica root.
